Privacy · Draft · pending owner confirmation
A short privacy note.
This describes how the inquiry form works today. It is not a finished privacy policy and has not had legal review.
Last updated October 2026.
What the form asks for
The inquiry form asks for your business, what you need help with, your name and your email. Which service it is about, a website address, timing, whether you would want Care, and a message are optional. If you used the price planner, the size, the way of paying and the Care plan you chose are carried over, and those are optional too.
Where your answers go
When you send the form, your answers are emailed to the studio through an email delivery service, Resend, and the studio replies to the email address you gave. The site itself does not keep a database or a copy of inquiries.
Like most websites, the site’s host, Vercel, records standard technical details of each request, such as the IP address and browser. The form also keeps your connection’s address in memory for a few minutes, only to slow down repeated sends.
The inquiry form is not yet confirmed to deliver to a live studio mailbox. Until it is, a message you send may not arrive, and the form will say so if it fails.
What is kept in your browser
While you fill in the inquiry form, your unsent answers are saved in this browser tab’s session storage, so that reloading the page or leaving it to check a price does not lose them. They stay on your device, and nothing is sent until you send the form. Once the form has sent, that saved draft is removed.
A draft you never send stays until the tab’s session ends or you clear this site’s data in your browser. Closing the tab normally ends the session, but a browser that reopens closed tabs or restores your last session can bring the draft back with it. Without JavaScript, no draft is saved.
When the opening animation has played, a note that it has is kept in this tab’s session storage, so moving from page to page doesn’t play it again. It records nothing about you.
If you choose “Pause effects”, that choice is saved in this browser’s local storage (or, if the browser refuses that, for this tab only) so the pages stay still on later visits. It records only that effects are paused, and it stays until you choose “Resume effects” or clear this site’s data.
All three are kept by your browser, on your device. They are separate from an inquiry you have sent, which is an email in the studio’s mailbox; see “Not decided yet” below.
Cookies and tracking
This site’s own code does not add analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Its fonts are served from the site itself.
Not decided yet
How long messages are kept, how to ask for one to be removed, and who to contact about privacy have not been decided. They are not stated here until they are.
Privacy terms for work that handles your customers’ details (Side Note Follow-Up, which can involve texts to them, and request forms or booking set up for you) are pending attorney review.
